Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria Relief Fund

In light of the tragic aftermath of recent hurricanes, many people will be working around the clock to help the thousands of people whose lives have been devastated.  The HIT-Institute, in conjunction with ProSource International and Farmers Insurance, have set up a system to help those in need.

One of the first requirements in cleanup efforts is the need for sanitation and trash bags.  The Health Information and Technology Institute has dedicated a fund to providing sanitary gloves and hazmat disposable bags for the cleanup and home recovery efforts for the thousands of residents displaced by these catastrophic hurricanes.

Cleaning up mountains of trash from Hurricane Harvey could take months

CG Purchasing Company, a minority vendor, has been selected to secure these clean-up and recovery products for the victims and recovery personnel who will hopefully start to move back into their homes very soon.
ProSource International, headquartered in Houston, will serve as the distribution center.

If you know anyone in the Hurricane area who needs these supplies, they should contact the Residents Recovery Supplies Distribution Center at:

Prosource International Residents Recovery Supplies Distribution Center, located at James Dickson Farmers Insurance District Manager Office.
